The Anns Ladies' Club

The Rotary Kyalami Anns Club is a very active one. Despite the pandemic, it was part of the Anns of District 9400 that received the Meritorious Award in recognition of the considerable impact the Anns made in the community.

The Anns club hosts a vibrant speaker programme and other club activities such as inter-club quizzes.

It continues to support Dolphins Acre, a residence for mentally challenged adults, also with linen and other materials from the Rotary Humanitarian Centre.

Other activities include foodstuffs for Alexandra community; A collection of clothing and shoes through the Kyalami Sandton Central Satellite Club for the Rotary Community Corps in Alexandra; gift bags for the gogos in Alex, through Rays of Hope, of the Rosebank Union Church, teddy bears for the Teddy Bear Clinic. 

Community service funding contributions to the value of approximately R15,000 were received, as well as lots of material goods. Seedlings and plants were received and distributed – 1000 spekboom plants, with two other Anns clubs.
